In succession of the multi-crore teacher recruitment scam, two more flats in an area of South Kolkata, along with a shop, were raided by detectives of ED on Tuesday. The flats and the nail art shop are allegedly in connection to previously exposed Arpita Mukherjee under the same investigation. Last week, ₹ 50Cr cash alongside jewellery were found in Partha Chatterjee’s close aide’s apartment, which she states to have been planted there without her knowledge. Chatterjee too had been released of his position and responsibilities from TMC a few days ago.
