US Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo has clarified that there is no proof against India indulging in diverting Russian crude oil via its ships. The clarification popped up after reports erupted of an Indian ship being witnessed loading with Russian oil, onward Gujarat Port. US officials said India is not denying the sanctions put on Russia, and that both countries are co-dependent.
