After several blasts taking out Enerhodar’s electricity, the International Atomic Energy Agency was called on Tuesday to the nearby Zaporozhzhia nuclear power plant, only to discover shelling on the site, along with Russian troops, vehicles and equipment. The agency warns constant carelessness of shelling in the nuclear plant’s zone could turn into a nuclear disaster and has restricted the two sides to not fight in the Russian forces controlled and Ukrainian staff run plant. Two officials are left behind for monitoring.
