On September 21st, Netflix came out with a 10 part series called Dahmer-Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, which is a bone-chilling crime drama upon the real life, life-imprisoned, 1992-deceased, Jeffrey Dahmer. The drama picked popularity for its narrative focusing upon the 17 victims which were brutally murdered, live experimented upon, dismembered and organs preserved by Dahmer. The culprit was also accused of paedophilia, necrophilia and cannibalism. The show, while gaining immense traction, has also been criticised by victims’ relatives of not asking them for any consent to profit off of their misery.
