Elon Musk goes under federal investigations for his conduct in the Twitter deal. With unconfirmed factors and unnamed authorities holding the investigation, speculations are brewing of Musk’s team’s disregard of holding back logs, his intent of being an active or passive shareholder or him not serving the regulatory period for eligibility of an active one. The court filing came on the same day as Musk’s decision of reconsidering the deal; and a deadline of 28th October has been granted to close the deal.
