Before the takeover of India as the president of the coming year’s G-20, Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman went for bilateral meetings with her global counterparts, on Thursday. With the treasurer of Australia, J E Chalmers, she discussed potential problems during India’s Presidency; while with Rania Al Mashat, Egypt’s Minister of International Cooperation of Arab, she versed upon climate and renewable energy. In the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) meeting, the two parties talked about bilateral interests.
