After months of silence, Russia launched several missile attacks on Kyiv and other cities on October 10th and then again on October 17th between 6:35 am and 6:58 am; one of which were witnessed around the capital’s central Shevchenkivsky district as well. “Kamikaze drones” are being speculated to have been used. During the prior attack, 19 people were killed, along with 105 injured. President Putin reasoned the bombardments as answering back from the damage of a key Russian bridge.
