While the BJP has been the most consistent bearer of Prudent Electoral Trust since 2013-14, the fund broke a record high of ₹464 Cr from the corporate funding, out of which ₹336 Cr was solely for BJP, in similar fashion of Tatas-backed Electoral Trust fund gone to the party in 2018-19 of ₹346 Cr. Other corporate trusts that have favored single parties are AB General Electoral Trust ₹10 Cr to BJP in 2021-22, Small donations Electoral Trust ₹1.93 Cr to Congress and independent Electoral Trusts ₹4.81 Cr to AAP.
