Diwali and Dhaan give “hazardous” smog to Delhi

 After the Diwali cracker burning tradition and the farmers’ stubble burning of Punjab, Delhi has now entered the “hazardous” air quality issued by IQAir. 588 per cubic metre of the most dangerous particles PM2.5, that have the capacity to enter the blood stream, were found on Thursday, as people get affected by constant itchy throat, burning, watery eyes and lethargy in bodies. This is 40 times higher than the World Health Organization (WHO) issued daily maximum.
