Amber Heard Faces FBI Investigation, Ongoing Perjury Case, and Insurance Company Legal Battle

Amber Heard, famous for her highly publicized legal disputes with Johnny Depp, is facing new troubles involving the FBI. Reports have revealed that Heard is under investigation for allegedly smuggling her dogs into Australia during the filming of Pirates of the Caribbean 5 in 2015. She pleaded guilty to falsifying travel documents in an Australian court in 2016. The perjury case is still ongoing, with Australian authorities collaborating with the FBI to locate witnesses in America.

In addition to her legal battles with Depp, Heard found herself in another legal dispute with her insurance company, New York Marine and General Insurance Co. After being ordered to pay Depp $10 million, Heard sought financial assistance from the insurance company, but they refused to cover any part of the judgment. Heard filed a countersuit, but recently dropped the case against the company.

Despite these ongoing legal challenges, Heard has made a notable comeback in her career. She received a warm reception at the Taormina Film Festival for her performance in the indie movie In the Fire. She has also reprised her role in Aquaman 2, showing her dedication to her career.

Amber Heard chose surrogacy to have a child due to medical advice indicating she would be unable to carry a pregnancy. She has been open about the birth of her daughter, Oonagh Paige, through surrogacy. Heard has decided to reside in Spain for privacy reasons after the stressful trial with Depp.
