Actor-producer Rana Daggubati is set to make exciting announcements at San Diego Comic-Con 2023. His entertainment and media company, Spirit Media, will unveil the first look of his upcoming movie, ‘Hiranyakashyap’, which will be written by Trivikram Srinivas. Additionally, a Tinkle comic based on the superhero Malayalam film ‘Minnal Murali’ will also be launched at the event. ‘Hiranyakashyap’ is inspired by the mythological story of the demon king Hiranyakashyapu. Rana Daggubati will play the titular role in the film, while the story will be written by renowned Telugu filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas. Spirit Media has also partnered with Weekend Blockbusters, the producers of the Malayalam superhero film ‘Minnal Murali’, to launch a comic character based on the film in the Indian comic magazine, Tinkle. Furthermore, Spirit Media has announced a historical action-drama series based on the Indian bestseller ‘Lords of the Deccan’, in collaboration with Sony LIV, which will depict the birth of the Chalukya dynasty that ruled southern India.
