The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly recently conducted a tour of Dharmapuri district to inspect various ongoing projects and review the functioning of line departments. Led by the committee’s chairperson, Sriperampudur MLA K. Selvaperunthagai, the committee visited several locations, including the Poomandahalli Government Polytechnic College, labs, District Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare office, bus stand, and bus station complex. They also inspected the electric crematorium constructed under Karimangalam town panchayat. A review meeting was later held at the Collectorate with the line departments, chaired by Collector K.
