AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan has stated that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) did not discover anything during a 12-hour raid at his residence, apart from seizing his mobile phone. Khan accused the ED of subjecting him to 12 hours of harassment and searching through his personal belongings. The raid was conducted by the ED as part of an investigation into money laundering allegations against Khan. The legislator claimed that a FIR filed against him in 2016 by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) did not contain any corruption charges. Khan asserted that hiring at the Delhi Waqf Board was done according to the regulations and based on merit. He further revealed that if summoned again, he would comply with the agency’s request for questioning.
