MUMBAI: The Adani Group announced on Friday that it has successfully refinanced a portion of the debt it took for the acquisition of Ambuja Cements and ACC. The conglomerate raised $3.5 billion through a financing package provided by several global banks. The loan, which has a tenure of three years, is expected to result in cost savings of approximately $300 million. This move allows the Adani Group to optimize its capital structure and strengthen its financial position.
