Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani has received fresh death threats via email threatening to shoot him if he fails to pay Rs 200 crore, police said on Saturday. The email demanded the payment, stating that a prior email had been ignored, and that failure to comply would result in fatal consequences. This is the second time Ambani has received such threats, the first being a demand for Rs 20 crore. The police are currently investigating the matter.
