Amid concerns of rising pollution again after the Diwali festival and the Supreme Court imposing a ban on crackers, the North Delhi Police has seized 3500 kg of firecrackers. “Till now we have caught around 3500 kg of firecrackers and have taken action by registering FIRs. Surveillance is being done through drones near Yamuna Khadar area,” informed North Delhi DCP Manoj Kumar Meena on November 10.
