Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Revanth Reddy announced on Wednesday that Pragathi Bhavan will be renamed as ‘Ambedkar Prajaa Bhavan’ if the Congress is voted to power. He stated that once the Congress comes to power, the gates of Pragathi Bhavan will be removed, and it will be named Babasaheb Ambedkar ‘Prajaa Bhavan’. The building will be open to people 24/7, allowing them to submit their grievances and seek solutions. Pragathi Bhavan is the official residence and principal workplace of the Telangana Chief Minister. The announcement comes ahead of the upcoming assembly elections in Telangana on November 30.
