Ayodhya Set to Become First AI-Powered Vedic City

Ayodhya is set to become a pioneering Vedic sustainable city, harnessing the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to drive comprehensive development. The Ayodhya Development Authority has recently entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Delhi-based firm specializing in geospatial information technology (IT) and AI-based platforms. The collaboration aims to establish a Vedic sustainable city index platform that will facilitate decision-making for implementing sustainable practices in Ayodhya. By addressing the growing needs of the local population, this innovative platform will ensure the city’s long-term development.

The Yogi Adityanath government has taken proactive measures to expedite Ayodhya’s comprehensive development through sustainable measures. One such initiative is the formation of Ayodhya Dham Teertha Vikas Parishad, a specialized board dedicated to driving sustainable development in the city. With a dedicated focus on sustainability, Ayodhya is poised to lead the way in setting benchmarks for other urban local bodies.

Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd, renowned for its expertise in geospatial IT and AI-based platforms, is leading the charge in achieving advanced sustainability goals in Ayodhya. Saurabh Rai, the CEO of Arahas Technologies Pvt Ltd, expressed confidence that Ayodhya, through this innovative index platform, will emerge as a global competitor and set a precedent for other cities.

The conjoined cities of Ayodhya-Faizabad are anticipating a daily influx of approximately 50,000 visitors, a number that is expected to rise significantly following the inauguration of the Ram temple. Scheduled to open on January 23, the temple’s consecration ceremony will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. This momentous event is projected to attract a multitude of devotees from across the country.

It is worth noting that the foundation stone for the Ram temple was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 5, 2020. The construction of the grand Ram temple was made possible by the Supreme Court’s verdict on the Ayodhya dispute in 2019. As a result, the central government established the ‘Shri Ram Janma Bhoomi Tirtha Kshetra’ Trust, entrusted with the task of making decisions regarding the temple’s construction. Under the trust’s supervision, progress on the temple has been steady, and upon completion, the idol of Ram Lalla will be enshrined in the sanctum sanctorum.
