Kapil Sharma slams IndiGo for poor flying experience

Kapil Sharma, the popular actor-comedian, recently took to social media to vent his frustration about his recent flight experience with IndiGo. In his tweets, Sharma criticized the airline for their apathy towards passengers, particularly those with health conditions and disabilities. He also highlighted the inordinate delay in take-off and criticized the airline for trying to cover up the delay by blaming traffic. Sharma’s tweets gained attention and drew support from others who shared their negative experiences with IndiGo. At the time of writing this article, IndiGo had not yet responded to Sharma’s complaints. This is not the first time that an individual has expressed dissatisfaction with IndiGo. Earlier, Edelweiss MD and CEO Radhika Gupta had also voiced her disappointment with the airline, citing her own poor experience while flying with them. Gupta criticized the uncooperative behavior of the staff and urged the airline to take passenger feedback seriously. It remains to be seen how IndiGo will address the concerns raised by Sharma and others.
