A software engineer named Saikrishna Jagali has been taken into custody by the Delhi police in connection with the Parliament security breach case. The incident took place on December 13 during the ongoing Winter Session when two men, Sagar Sharma and Manoranjan D, smuggled smoke cannisters into the Parliament and set them off. Saikrishna Jagali, who works for a multinational company in Bengaluru, was identified as a roommate of Manoranjan D during their college days. The police have arrested another individual, Atul Kulshreshtha, who was found to have a possible connection to the case. Saikrishna Jagali’s sister confirmed that her brother was interrogated and they cooperated fully with the inquiry. She stated that her brother had done nothing wrong and that both Manoranjan and Saikrishna were roommates, but now her brother works from home. The investigation is ongoing, and the police are questioning Manoranjan D’s parents in Mysuru for further clues related to the case.
