Centre to Launch Curated Training Programmes for Government Employees on Good Governance Day

The Centre will launch curated training programmes for government employees on Good Governance Day, as announced by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). The programmes will be introduced on the iGOT Karmayogi platform and will consist of three new features: My iGOT, blended programmes, and curated programmes. My iGOT will provide targeted training courses based on the individual needs of officers, as identified in the capacity-building plan. Blended programmes will combine offline and online learning methods, while curated programmes will cater to the diverse learning needs of different ministries and departments. Currently, the iGOT platform has over 28 lakh users and offers 830 e-learning courses. On the launch day, 12 domain-specific capacity-building e-learning courses will be introduced, along with a new blended learning programme called VIKAS for middle management civil servants in the central secretariat.
