The Delhi High Court voiced its disappointment on Saturday regarding tweets made by YouTuber and journalist Shyam Meera Singh about Dera Sacha Sauda chief Ram Rahim Singh while their case was being heard. Singh’s lawyers eventually reassured the court that the tweets would be taken down, which were posted on Friday. The High Court is currently considering Ram Rahim’s plea to have a video by Singh, which claims that the Dera chief deceived his followers, removed. Justice Manoj Jain, a single bench of the HC, commented that if Singh is a journalist, he needs to act responsibly and refrain from making tweets that interfere with the justice delivery system. The court has prohibited further tweets until the case is concluded.
