As we entered the new year, ETMarkets.com conducted an analysis of stocks that have consistently shown positive performance in the month of January over the last five years. The analysis focused on stocks with a market capitalization exceeding Rs 2,000 crore. Out of the stocks analyzed, only 7 stocks from the BSE universe met the criteria. Surprisingly, six of these stocks have seen a doubling of investors’ wealth in the last five years, with gains ranging from 100% to 1,700% during the period.
