The Indian Airforce (IAF) has released the notification for its Agniveervayu intake 1/2025. Eligible candidates will be able to register for the intake process starting January 17, 2024. The last date to apply and submit the examination fee is February 6, 2024. The intake examination is scheduled to be held on March 17, 2024.

Candidates who have their age between 17.5 to 21 years can apply in the Agniveervayu scheme.

For Science subjects, candidates must have completed 10+2 Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and English, with a minimum of 50% marks, and 50% marks in English. Alternatively, they can have a 3-Year Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 50% marks, and 50% marks in English, or a 2-Year Vocation Course with Non-Vocational subjects Physics and Math from any recognized board with 50% marks aggregate and 50% marks in English.

For Non-Science subjects, candidates must have completed 10+2 Intermediate with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate and 50% marks in English, or a 2-Year Vocation Course with a minimum of 50% aggregate and 50% marks in English.

The Agniveer Vayu Intake Medical Standard requires a minimum height of 152.5 CMS and chest expansion of 5 CMS.

The examination fee for Agniveervayu 1/2025 is INR 550 for General/OBC/EWS as well as SC/ST candidates. The application fee can be conveniently paid using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
