The Supreme Court is set to deliver its verdict on January 16 in the plea filed by former Andhra Pradesh chief minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu. Naidu had challenged the high court order refusing to quash the FIR against him in the Skill Development Corporation scam case. He was arrested in September last year for allegedly misappropriating funds from the Skill Development Corporation. The Andhra Pradesh High Court had granted him regular bail in November. The Supreme Court bench had reserved its verdict on the plea in October.
