Deputy mayor Mahesh Kumar and Greater Chennai Corporation commissioner Dr J Radhakrishnan along with GCC officials took an untouchability oath on Tuesday. The oath pertains to not discriminating anyone based on their caste and not being a spectator to seeing caste-based discrimination.
