Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that it has secured a 15-year deal with Aviva, the UK’s insurance, wealth, and retirement provider. As part of the deal, TCS will transform Aviva’s UK Life business and enhance customer experience leveraging the TCS Bancs platform.
The end-to-end policy administration and servicing, covering over 5.5 million policies, will be managed by Diligenta, TCS’s subsidiary in the UK, on behalf of Aviva. This strategic partnership aims to improve how Aviva serves its customers, further simplify its operations, and support its growth ambitions. It will enable the rationalization of systems and improve efficiency, bringing significant benefits for Aviva’s customers and the business.
Aviva and TCS have a long-standing relationship that spans over 20 years.
