Security personnel at Srinagar International Airport detained four men and seized forged air tickets from them on Saturday. The four suspects, identified as Mohammad Ashraf Sheikh, Aaqib Mushtaq, Sakir Mushtaq, and Junaid Ahmad Bhat, were residents of Srinagar and Anantnag. The preliminary investigation revealed that their motive behind forging the tickets was to see off their parents who were leaving for Umrah. The suspects were later handed over to the police for further investigation. The police are currently probing their connections inside the airport to understand how they managed to gain access using fake tickets.
