A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was on Thursday signed between Manipur University of Culture (MUC), Imphal and Phranakhon Rajabhat University (PRU) , Thailand with the key objective to boost relations between the two varsities. Any expense deriving from the implementation of each exchange under the agreement shall be separately negotiated and determined on a case by case by both parties, added the MoU. It said the area of cooperation will include any projects which each party organizes in accordance with demand, ensuring the successful collaboration between both parties.
