MUMBAI: Ahead of the extraordinary general meeting on Friday called to seek removal of Byju Raveendran as CEO and board reconstitution, the startup managed to gain a reprieve from the Karnataka HC, which passed an interim order stating that any decisions taken in the EGM should not be given “effect to” until the next hearing on March 13.
