Navalpakkam Sri Vasudevaachariar, in a discourse, shared the example of Acharya Sri Vedanta Desika, who sought the blessings of four individuals before commencing the writing of “Sri Paduka Sahasram.” The composition glorifies the power of Sri Ranganatha’s divine sandals, also known as padukas. Each sloka of the composition invokes the blessings and pays homage to different personalities who showcased the greatness of padukas.
