Apple has listed some must-do things for Apple Watch before selling it. Turn off Activation Lock and remove your personal information from the Watch. Keep your Apple Watch and iPhone together, open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap the My Watch tab, and follow the provided steps to unpair and disable cellular connection. In case you’ve already sold your Apple Watch, you can erase it and turn off Activation Lock from iCloud.com using your Apple ID.
