Shares of Meghmani Finechem, Nila Spaces L, Lokesh Machines, Wealth First Port, and HG Infra Engg hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:24 AM (IST) on the NSE. The benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 29.96 points to 22,432.05 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks. On the other hand, Lakshmi Precis, Euro India Fresh, 3rd Rock MultiMedia, Norben Tea Exp, and Mask Investments touched their fresh 52-week lows. In the Nifty 50 index, BPCL, Adani Ports SEZ, Bajaj Auto, IndusInd Bank, and HDFC Bank were among the top gainers, while Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finance, ICICI Bank, SBI Life, and Bajaj Finserv traded in the red. The BSE Sensex was trading 99.65 points down at 73,914.9 at 10:24 AM (IST). Traders were seen piling up positions in Telecommunications, Learning & Education, Media & Entertainment, Packaging, and Paper sectors, while selling was visible in FMCG, Agro Processing, IT Software, Defence, and Construction sectors.
