Air India suspends its flights to Tel Aviv temporarily

Air India has temporarily suspended its flights to Tel Aviv in light of the ongoing tensions between Israel and Iran. The airline, which operates four weekly flights between Delhi and Tel Aviv, made the decision in order to prioritize the safety and security of its passengers. The suspension comes after Iran’s recent attack on Israel with missiles and drones. Air India had previously suspended its flights to and from Tel Aviv in October 2023 following an attack by Hamas on the Israeli city. The Tata group-owned carrier had only resumed services to Tel Aviv on March 3, 2024, after a five-month hiatus.
