ClickPost, a logistics intelligence platform for online retailers, has successfully raised $6 million in a funding round. The funding was led by early-stage venture capital firms Inflexor Ventures and Athera Venture Partners. Riverwalk Holdings and existing investor Rebright Partners also participated in the round. The raised capital will be used to introduce enhanced products and expand ClickPost’s presence in existing and new markets.
ClickPost, founded in 2017 by Naman Vijay and Prashant Gupta, initially started as a developer tool to assist engineers with courier API integration. However, the company later pivoted to provide a comprehensive platform for online retailers, offering services like delivery dates in the pre-purchase journey, multi-carrier integration, tracking visibility, returns and exchange management, and omnichannel enablement.
Currently, ClickPost serves more than 300 clients worldwide, including renowned companies like Nykaa, Puma, Pepe Jeans, Acer, and Supertails. The company has a strong presence in India and the Middle East, which are the biggest revenue generators. Naman Vijay, co-founder and CEO of ClickPost, stated, “We will be doubling down on India, the US, and APAC specifically and launching more products, so that our customers can use our services in a much more comprehensive manner.”
ClickPost is currently tracking over 1 million shipments daily, with plans to grow fivefold in the next two years. In the fiscal year 2023, the company recorded revenue of Rs 20 crore.
The funding received from Inflexor Ventures and Athera Venture Partners will enable ClickPost to further enhance its product offerings and expand its customer base. As the demand for efficient and scalable digital logistics infrastructure continues to rise, ClickPost aims to capitalize on this trend by providing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of online businesses and consumers both in India and globally.
