NCP (SCP) chief Sharad Pawar’s daughter, Supriya Sule, has revealed in her poll affidavit that she owes her opponent and sister-in-law, Sunetra Pawar, Rs 35 lakhs. This debt has not been cleared, despite Sule’s immense wealth. Along with the debt to Sunetra, Sule also owes Rs 20 lakhs to Parth Pawar, Sunetra’s son. Sunetra has confirmed these loans in her own affidavit as the NCP candidate. Sunetra also claims that Sule’s mother, Pratibha, owes her Rs 50 lakhs, which has not been repaid. Both Sule and Sunetra have declared assets of over Rs 100 crore. Sule’s total assets, including movable and immovable assets, amount to Rs 166.5 crore. Sunetra’s family assets have increased from Rs 75.4 crore to Rs 127.5 crore. Sunetra is owed a significant amount of Rs 2.3 crore by various individuals, including Sule, her mother Pratibha, and her husband Ajit. While Sunetra’s assets include vehicles such as a tractor and trailers, Sule and her spouse have not listed any vehicles. Both candidates come from farming and business backgrounds. Sunetra’s immovable assets have increased from Rs 26.8 crore to Rs 58.3 crore, while her movable assets have decreased from Rs 20.3 crore to Rs 12.5 crore in the last five years. On the other hand, Sule’s movable assets have nearly doubled from Rs 21.2 crore to Rs 38 crore, but her immovable assets have decreased from Rs 18.4 crore to Rs 9.1 crore in the same period.
