The Hinglaj Yatra, Pakistan’s largest Hindu festival, took place in the Hingol National Park in Baluchistan province. Over 100,000 Hindus participated in the festival, climbing mud volcanoes and journeying through rocky terrain to reach the ancient cave temple of Hinglaj Mata. The festival is believed to grant forgiveness of sins and fulfill wishes. While Pakistan is home to a significant Hindu population, ties with India and political hostility pose challenges for the minority Hindu community.
