Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan visited France and reaffirmed the long-standing strategic partnership between New Delhi and Paris and further reinforced the bilateral defence cooperation between the two nations. During the visit, General Anil Chauhan held meetings with top French officials and defence industry leaders to discuss areas of common interests and mutual security concerns. The discussions included enhancing the exchange of high-end dual-use technologies and exploring opportunities for bilateral training. The visit also included paying tribute to the Indian soldiers’ bravery at war memorials from World War I. The visit showcased the deepening Indo-French relationship and the multifaceted cooperation between the two countries.
