In a conference at the AICC Headquarters, Congress painted the BJP govt being responsible of RBI denying its own research paper. It was noticed by Congress Spokesperson Supriya Shrinate, promoting her to comment upon the Centre pressurizing RBI into doing so. Srinate addressed the handicap of privatisation of public sector banks, despite the report citing proof of PSBs performing better; calling PSBs ”social empowerment”, rather than power for a select few. The Congress woman urged BJP to come out with a white paper on privatisation, and to terminate with pressurising RBI.
