The sudden death of BJP leader and actress Sonali Phogat in the name of an alleged heart attack, has been declared as a murder case under Section 302, after the brother of the deceased, Rinku Dhaka filed a complaint against two accused, Sudhir Sagwan (PA of Phogat) and his friend Sukhwindar Wasi. Dhaka has given out a statement of Phogat’s PA bringing her along for the crime, lying in the name of a film shooting in Goa, when there was none. Police is investigating in the matter, while waiting on the post-mortem report.
