In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, a panel’s report submitted to Rajya Sabha has urged the government to prepare for any further outbreaks of endemic or pandemic, through investing in chemical and biological weaponry/ warfare. Ram Gopal Yadav also recommended in the report of inaugurating an institution that channelizes not only clinical operations and research, but is also connected with decisive bodies like Niti Aayog.
