After claiming a negotiation in the seven month long Russia and Ukraine war, Russia announced a partial mobilization of its reservist (military reserve force, otherwise civilians with careers) military for better resources availability in the conflict. This move, though not versed upon by Russia yet, was condemned by the Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, commenting that Moscow wasn’t serious with its negotiation.
