According to the analysis of Commerce Secretary Sunil Barthwal, Indian exports have a high scope of improving in the current time frame as global trade experiences downfall. This year’s Indian share in global exports is less than 2%, which has the potential to hike to 10% despite volatile global market, said the Secretary. WTO has announced a deterioration of global trade to 1% in 2023, while it is currently at 3% as of April, having potential of 3.5% growth this year.
