Senior SP Leader Azam Khan gets convicted for three years of jail time in response to the 2019 ongoing trial of hate speech committed by him. The ex-minister was registered under IPC sections 153-A, 505-1 and section 125 of the Representation of People Act 1951, for using hate speech against CM Yogi, along with other BJP leaders and an IAS officer too. The 90 criminal cases inheritor will now be relieved of his house membership, while he claims that he will go to higher judiciary for justice.
