The leader demands Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s resignation as a moral action. He complains that BJP ministers were having a meeting nearby, but did not visit the venue of the accident. Further stressing upon why the bridge was allowed to be open without any fitness certificate, Singh commented that the CM should apologize to the public. 134 people were killed in the tragedy.
