Russia claims to have borne drone attacks on its grain ships using the UN-brokered Black Sea deal route on Saturday by Ukraine, whereas Kyiv has denied any such attacks, along with UN denying the usage of the route by any ships. On the contrary, smoke was witnessed from Kyiv, as several missiles were launched, targeting civil infrastructure as well as energy supplies, resulting in a power cut. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said that Russia is “blackmailing the world with hunger”, while grain prices soared more than 5% immediately after Russia’s withdrawal from the deal.
