In Philadelphia, a gunman wearing a bulletproof vest carried out a deadly shooting spree, resulting in the deaths of five individuals and the injury of two boys. The shootings took place across several blocks, and upon investigation, authorities discovered numerous spent shell casings. At present, there is no apparent link between the victims and the shooter. The perpetrator ultimately surrendered to responding officers.
