Sahitya Loka Publications will launch four books titled Kanasu Sogasu, Ondu Gulabiya Kathe, Brazil Payana, and Appigowdana Shankapushpa. The book release ceremony will take place at the Indian Institute of World Culture in Basavanagudi.

Subramaniam Academy of Performing Arts (SaPa) is hosting a Carnatic music concert by Mahesh Vinayakram at Vijayashree Auditorium, SaPa premises. The concert will run from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

Nrityantar Academy of Performing Arts is presenting its 12th annual Odissi dance festival called NAMAN 2023. In South Karnataka, the 25th anniversary of the Cardiological Society of India, Mysuru chapter, will be inaugurated by K.V. Rajendra, DC. The event will include technical sessions on cardiac-related issues. District in-charge minister H.C. Mahadevappa will participate in the Press Day celebrations of Mysuru District Journalists Association and the distribution of awards.

In Coastal Karnataka, the BJP will hold a protest in Belthangady, Dakshina Kannada, demanding a re-investigation into the decade-old Soujanya murder case. BJP MLAs, MLCs, and Nalin Kumar Kateel, Member of Parliament from Dakshina Kannada and State president of BJP, will participate in the protest.
