The air quality in Delhi deteriorated even further, as the 24-hour average Air Quality Index (AQI) recorded at 4 pm on Sunday reached 454, up from 415 on the previous day. This has prompted the Centre to implement all emergency measures mandated by the final stage IV of its air pollution control plan, known as the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP).
