Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, Prahlad Patel, was involved in an accident in Amarwara, Chhindwara. The accident took place while Patel was on his way to Narsinghpur after campaigning in Chhindwara for BJP candidate Bunty Sahu. The collision between Patel’s car and a motorcycle resulted in the death of a man identified as Niranjan Chandravanshi. Chandravanshi was a private school teacher and was accompanied by three school kids on the bike. The kids also sustained injuries and were rushed to the hospital.
